In the Comments field, let us know:
  • as much as you can about you and your business
  • your sales tax number
  • years of operation
  • number of stores/staff
  • market segment (e.g. bikes, toys, baby gear, designer, eco, educational, special needs etc.)
  • other brands you carry
  • delivery details if different from billing. 
shipping & handling 
wholesale orders
  • Minimum wholesale order is 2 Bikes, 4 Flips/Mini-Flips or 1 Wagon
  • Use our dropship service (read more below) for any order of one Bike or Flip to any address
  • Your ship charge will calculate at checkout as you add units to your order
  • A minimum she charge applies to all orders. Accessories can be included with your Bike, Flip or Wagon order at no additional ship charge. 
  • Request a custom quotation for an order of 30 bikes or more
  • Please remember, we accept Wishbone Flip and Wishbone Bike orders in twos.  Wishbone Wagon and Wishbone Accessories can be ordered in singles. 

dropship orders

  • From your third order, we can dropship any B2B order of 1 bike, 1 flip or 1 wagon direct to your customer. 
  • Dropship fee is $20, includes accessories.
  • Dropshipping accessories alone or Wishbone Mini-Flip is not recommended.  

  • Wishbone does not accept return of goods purchased at wholesale rates unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Wishbone will replace, repair or refund (at Wishbone's discretion) incorrect or defective items notified to us within one year of date of purchase. 
  • If you need to return an item, you can submit a return request by emailing us at  Write WHOLESALE RETURN in your subject line, include a description and clear photos of the defect advise the product batch or lot number and t he date you received the product.
  • We'll notify you via email of your replacement, refund or repair.
