Include as much info as you can about what you do. For example, 
Retailers should tell us your VAT number, years of operation, number of stores/staff, market segment (bikes, toys, baby gear, designer, eco), other brands carried, how you heard about Wishbone, and your delivery address/name/email/phone if it's different from your billing address.
Media and bloggers should tell us your primary channel, visitor or readership stats, followers, community demographics and provide links so we can visit you.

wholesale orders
Minimum wholesale order is 2 bikes or 2 flips or 1 wagon 
Use our dropship service (read more below) for any order of 1 bike or flip to any address. 
Your ship charge will calculate at checkout as you add units to your order 
A minimum ship charge applies to all orders.  Accessories can be included with your bike, flip or wagon order at no additional ship charge.
Request a custom quotation for an order of 30 bikes or more
Please remember, we accept Wishbone Flip and Wishbone Bike orders in twos. Wishbone Wagon and Wishbone accessories can be ordered in singles. 

dropship orders
Applies to any B2B order of 1 bike or 1 flip to any address
Dropship fee is $20.  Fee includes accessories.
Dropshipping accessories alone is not recommended
Wishbone does not accept return of goods purchased at wholesale rates unless they are defective or incorrect.
Wishbone will replace, repair or refund (at Wishbone's discretion) incorrect or defective items notified to us within 1 year of date of purchase.
If you need to return an item, you can submit a return request by emailing us at Write WHOLESALE RETURN in your subject line, include a description and clear photos of the defect, advise the product batch or lot number and the date you received the product.  
We'll notify you via e-mail of your replacement, refund or repair.
